If you love the flavor of marshmallows this Marshmallow Cold Foam is an easy way to bring that flavor to your favorite drink. Made with graham cracker infused milk, heavy cream, and melted marshmallow, this homemade cold foam is sweet, creamy, and perfect for topping iced coffee, lattes, cold brew, or even hot chocolate.
The graham cracker infusion adds a subtle honey cinnamon flavor, while the marshmallow creates a rich, fluffy texture. For an even more authentic campfire feel, try using a toasted marshmallow before mixing the foam together.
Equipment Needed
Measuring spoons
Fine mesh strainer
Jar or container with a tight-fitting lid or you can use an immersion blender if you have one
Ingredients
Graham Cracker Infused Milk
4 tablespoons milk
1/4 sheet graham crackers
Marshmallow Cold Foam
2 tablespoons of graham cracker infused milk
3 tablespoons of heavy cream
1 marshmallow
Sprinkle of water
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine milk and graham crackers.
Press the graham crackers into the milk so it is fully submerged. Let it steep for 15 minutes.
Strain the infused milk through a fine-mesh strainer into a jar or container with a tight fitting lid. Avoid pressing too firmly on the graham crackers, as this can make the milk gritty.
In a small microwave safe cup or bowl, add a marshmallow and a very small amount of water.
Microwave for 30 seconds and mix. You want the marshmallow to be melted.
Add the melted marshmallow and heavy cream to the container with the infused milk.
Put the lid on and shake vigorously for about 2 minutes or until frothy.
Add to your favorite latte or hot chocolate and enjoy!
