Medium mixing bowl
Microwave-safe bowl or cup

Peanut butter
Honey
Cornflake Infused Milk
Milk
Cornflake cereal
Chocolate Cold Foam
Milk
Heavy cream
Chocolate syrup
Directions
In a medium bowl , combine 8 oz of milk and cornflake cereal.
Press the cornflake cereal into the milk so they are wet. Let it sit for 20-30 minutes.
While the milk infuses, prepare the espresso. Pull 2 shots of espresso or mix the instant espresso with hot water.
Stir the peanut butter and honey into the espresso until combined.
Strain the infused milk through a fine-mesh strainer into your cup with your espresso mix and stir.
For your chocolate cold foam we will add our milk, heavy cream, and chocolate syrup together in a container with a lid.
Put the lid on and shake for about 2-4 minutes or until frothy.
Pour the chocolate cold foam over the latte.
Add additional cornflakes on top if desired.
Sip and enjoy!
Tips
Whole milk creates the richest cornflake infusion.
Warm espresso helps the peanut butter and honey blend more easily.
For an iced version, chill the infused milk before assembling and serve over ice.
Strain the milk thoroughly to prevent cereal pieces from ending up in the drink.
Adjust the honey to taste if you prefer a sweeter latte.
