Easy No Bake Coffee Pie

Equipment Needed

9 inch Pie Plate
Mixing Bowl and Hand Mixer or Stand Mixer
Spatula
Measuring Cups
Cold Brew Coffee Maker, if you don’t have cold brew coffee

Ingredients

1 Oreo crust
1 (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 cup cold brew coffee
1/2 cup milk
1 (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed

Directions

In a large bowl or stand mixer whisk instant vanilla pudding, cold brew coffee, and milk together until slightly thickened.

Gently fold in Cool Whip until fully combined and smooth.

Scoop the  mixture into your Oreo crust and spread evenly.

Freeze for at least 6 hours.

Notes

Make sure to use instant vanilla pudding mix, not cook-and-serve.

For a stronger coffee flavor, increase the cold brew coffee to 1 cup and reduce the milk to 1/4 cup.
